Functional Application Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW
The selected candidate will implement and maintain ERP (Exact & Sales tools), provide user support/training, and translate user needs to the functional design of the application in order to support business processes. This will involve the customization, preparation and test of applications for use, as well as ensuring the availability for users and providing recommendations for improvement opportunities for new/renewed applications.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree is required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
We require 3-4 years of relevant IT experience including a minimum of 3 years experience with Exact. Knowledge of ITIL essentials is needed, as is an understanding of end-to-end business processes. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must. Up to 50% travel required.
