Business Intelligence & Reporting Manager - IT

POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, CoE, the selected candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the specific Business Intelligence application and reporting tools, ensuring availability for users and confidentiality of information. This will involve managing and monitoring reporting compliance and analyzing the accuracy and reliability of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Managerial Reporting. The selected candidate will provide user support/training and translate user need documentation into input for functional design and new or revised functionality. In addition, he/she will verify execution of changed functionality and make suggestions for improvement when needed.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must possess at least 4 years of relevant IT experience including at least 4 years in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. Commercial acumen and knowledge of ITIL essentials and project management are required, coupled with an understanding of end-to-end business processes. Position involves up to 40% travel. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
