•Responsible for user problem management and vendor management in support of DMCE system.
•Monitors and troubleshoots network performance and make maintain the optimal use of network
•Forecasts and monitors network capacity against projected growth.
•Develops security and control procedures for network including recovery and backup procedures
•Understands the interdependencies of the services (application, system, network and database) and is able to pin-point problem area accurately to improve overall efficiency
•Ensures updated documentation of work
•Establishes and enforces the network operating procedures
•Consistently share information on best practices and technology trends and gives recommendation on best practices for DMCE operations
•Provide support to user on problem related to DMCE system operation.
•Responsible for daily network health monitoring and management, network troubleshooting and problem resolution.
•Any other duties as and when assigned.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
•At least 4 years of LAN/WAN system support and operation with a minimum of CCNA certification, preferable CCNP.
•Possess knowledge in VLAN design and configuration, VPN site to site configuration, router and switches configuration, network management and design best practise.
