Consultant Assistant for Service Centre
Key responsibilities are:
•To present operational status reports based on the figures and progress of a project on a daily basis;
•Responsible for answering participant queries in the assigned projects;
•Responsible for uploading the attachments sent by participants to the registrations and abstracts systems, according to the instructions and procedures given by Consultants;
•Keying to the registration and abstracts systems all e-fax registrations received for the assigned projects;
•Deliver abstracts projects according to the proof-reading abstracts procedures;
•Clean the wrong data entered into the registration system by participants following the procedures given by consultants;
•Double-check the participant live and non-live status according to the procedures given by the Consultants;
•Sending registration confirmation and reminder of assigned projects;
•Continuously contribute to the development and improvement of work concerning routines and processes within the team.
•To be well informed of counterpart’s way of working and to follow up the instructions given;
•Follow the company policies and procedures.
As you will be working with clients in the UK and Netherlands, fluent English (written and orally) is needed.
Starting salary is B/550 per month for the first 3 months. After that a salary rise and benefits apply.
