Técnico Compensación/Organization & Compensation Specialist


MAIN DUTIES:

• Manage Planning, Organization, Compensation and Benefits policies and processes in an international environment.
• Ensure the application of corporate compensation guidelines.
• Calculate bonus and other variable payments.
• Manage the HR ERP Meta4.
• Participate in the annual salary review and budgetary processes.
• Draw up job descriptions, administer job evaluation program through Watson Wyatt methodology and recommend job position/salary changes to ensure the maintenance of the internal and external equity.
• Elaborate job maps according to the different corporate work units.
• Analyze job and salary structure of new companies that may join Zed group.
• Prepare documentation for hiring requests approval committee on a weekly basis.
• Personnel Cost Control.

QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE:

• Bachelor Degree
• Conversant with Meta4 or any other HR ERPs.
• Postgraduate education in HR, especially in Compensation & Benefits, is an added value.

EXPERIENCE:

• The candidate should have at least 2-3 years experience in Compensation & Benefits area within international environments.

SKILLS:

• Fluency in English is a must.
