Técnico Selección/Recruitment Specialist
MISSION: Responsible for all the steps of the recruitment processes where Zed is present in Latinamerica.
MAIN DUTIES:
• Provides recruitment and selection services for staff positions up to the mid-management level, including technical specialists.
• Selects and administers recruitment methods such as tests, interviews, etc.
• Collaborate in profiles definition.
• Search of candidates publishing adds, reading cvs, phone and personal interviews, and other tasks included in the process.
• Presentation of Shortlist to internal client, including report based on competencies for each candidate.
• Control of the positions to be hired against budget.
QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE:
• University degree
• Experience in recruitment and selection.
EXPERIENCE:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in HR, especially in the area of recruitment.
SKILLS:
• Advanced in English.
• Recruitment based in competencies.
