Oracle Identity and Access Management Analyst

Our Client, a premier provider of Information Technology solutions to companies around the world is hiring an Oracle Identity and Access Management Analyst. We are looking candidates here in Costa Rica, from Central America or Latin America. The company will help with migratory work papers, if it is necessary.

Systems Engineer with 1-2 years of experience with Oracle Identity Management and Oracle Access Management. Additional experience with Web Gate, Single Sign On, Data Integration Framework and Active Directory is a plus. 1-3 years experience in managing deployments of at least one identity and access management product such as: Oracle Identity Manager /OIM/Oracle Access Manager OAM/Oracle Role manager ORM or Bridgestream.CA/Netegrity SiteMinder/ IdentityMinder, Oblix NetPoint/COREid, IBM Tivoli Identity Manager and/or Access Manager, Sun Identity Manager and/or Access Manager.

3+ years IT service experience and/or 3+ years working directly with customers on IT related services. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and experience with providing support to customers. Demonstrates skills in documenting and updating customer issues / Incidents. Able to exhibit a willing, “self starter” approach to working in a team environment. Ability to deal with difficult customers, situations. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced, changing environment.
