Oracle UCM Server Adminstrator - System Engineer

Our Client, a premier provider of Information Technology solutions to companies around the world is hiring an Oracle UCM Server Adminstrator. We are looking candidates here in Costa Rica, from Central America or Latin America. The company will help with migratory work papers, if it is necessary.

Systems Engineer with 1-2 years of experience using adminstering UCM servers with special knowledge in installation, configuration and maintenance. Candidate should have knowledge of Enterprise Content Management best practices and has supported Oracle Real Application Clusters RAC database version 10g or higher. Knowledge about clustering in Weblogic is a plus.

5+ years IT service experience and/or 3+ years working directly with customers on IT related services. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and experience with providing support to customers. Demonstrates skills in documenting and updating customer issues / Incidents. Able to exhibit a willing, “self starter” approach to working in a team environment. Ability to deal with difficult customers, situations. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced, changing environment.
