As the Lead Architect on our team, you will be responsable for translating creative and visionary concepts into effective technical architecture.

What will you do:
• Colaborate in a multicultural team on the develop of design solutions for iconic architectural projects worldwide in all phases, guaranteeing the highest quality level and the greatest design ever.
• Produce and coordinate the development of architectural projects to fulfill the promise of being allies of our clients through architecture.
• To perform positive leadership practices, to drive high performance teams.
• Develop innovative, profitable and aesthetic architectural design proposals that exceed the expectations of our clients.


What do you need:
• 7 + years in architectural projects.
• 2 to 4 years in medium to high-reach projects [Offices, hotels, Stadiums, Vertical Residences, Shopping Centers].
• Advanced English skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required
• Strong sense of leadership
• A desire to keep getting better by seizeing every opportunity that comes!
